Our Talent Acquisition & Culture Specialist will be an essential part of our People and Culture team. This person would be responsible for the sourcing of candidates through various channels, planning interviews and the end to end recruitment and onboarding processes. It would also support the team in the organization and hosting of various career developments and employer branding initiatives and events.
As part of the People and Culture Team the Talent Acquisition Specialist would also be expected to play an active role in the implementation and continuous reinforcement of our Talent Acquisition Strategy.
•Responsible for the timely and effective running of the recruitment process for Team Leader positions in the company, and participates in the recruitment for Managerial positions.
•Promoting the Mansion culture and professional standards within the Mansion Group.
•Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and coach/assist them on candidate profiles and selection and assessment criteria.
•Ensures hiring managers are effectively trained on Mansion recruitment and selection process.
•Actively source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. job advertisements, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, career events and other relevant initiatives).
•Schedule face-to-face interviews and lead the process of recruitment, including: screening phone/skype call, F2F interview, competence and skills assessment, assessment centre (whenever applicable).
•Responsible for new starters on-boarding process and probation period training.
•Manage and administrate internal Applicant Tracking System (Cascade Go recruitment module).
•Initiate and participate in Employer Branding Initiatives, conference sponsorships, job fairs and recruitment events.
•University or equivalent degree in HR, psychology or relevant field.
•Min 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/BPO environment or stuffing agency.
•Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
•Familiarity with social media recruitment sourcing, resume databases and professional networks is a plus.
•Strong teamwork skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment and execute tasks within defined timeframe.
•Very good communicator with strong facilitating, coaching and mentoring skills.
•Ability to learn, change management skills.
•Excellent English level – C1.
