Engagement Sector Lead

Basic salary: £29,000 per annum, rising to £32,000 per annum plus car uplift equating to £2,500 per annum with option to exchange this for a company car after successful completion of 6-month probationary period.

Additional benefits of generous holiday package, contributory pension scheme, healthcare and more. Starting Total Reward Package: up to £35,000 per annum.

Base: Ocean Park House, Cardiff.

We are looking for a confident individual to take the lead as sector expert and develop the route in line with ACT’s vision and the teaching, learning and assessment strategy, focusing on the learner journey and experience from point of entry to point of exit. To provide day to day leadership, and operational support to vocational route staff, to ensure a smooth and highly performing service.

This position fits within the Traineeship department, reporting to the Programme Manager.
