Quality Manager – (QSA Secondment)

Basic salary starting at £32,000 per annum, rising to £35,000 per annum plus car uplift equating to £2,500 per annum with option to exchange this for a company car after successful completion of 6 month probationary period.

Additional benefits:  Generous holiday package in excess of 40 days per annum,  5% employer contribution to pension scheme, Healthcare scheme, Death in service scheme. Total Reward Package starting at £37,000 per annum

What you’ll do:

We are looking for an experienced Work Based Learning Quality Manager to lead on the quality of provision for The Quality Skills Alliance (QSA), also part of the CAVC Group, on a secondment basis although the role will be a permanent one.

The role will involve managing the Quality Cycle for QSA to ensure continuous improvement in line with QSA’s key priorities, Welsh Government requirements and Estyn’s 5 inspection areas.

The role will be based at CAVC’s Barry Campus with travel to other sites required and will report to the Dean of Work Based Learning for QSA and ACT Board of Directors.
