Customer Experience Consultant

Salary £20,000- £21,000 DOE

Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, this role is responsible for delivering, resolving, monitoring and administering customer enquiries to ensure a first class customer experience.
As a Customer Experience Consultant you will build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, utilising customer feedback and intelligence in order to develop and deliver an outstanding customer experience across the Semta Group.
To be successful in this role, we will need you to be able to demonstrate that you have:
Experience of working in an inbound and outbound customer service function.
A proven track record of delivering customer service excellence.
Proven experience of resolving customer issues over the telephone.
The ability to get up to speed with products & systems processes quickly.
Excellent planning and organising skills, a high level of attention to detail and are a team player.
The ability to think clearly under pressure and put forward and adopt new ideas and approaches.
